What we collect

When you submit our interest form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, language and program preferences, learning experience, availability, neighborhood or ZIP code, funding preference, optional comments, and whether you want future email updates. We also record the time, the package prices shown, and campaign identifiers in the page URL, if present.

How we use it

PHX Immersion uses this information to understand demand and plan adult language programs in Phoenix. If you opt in, we may contact you later about program updates. We are not taking payments or sending automated emails at this stage. Your submission does not enroll you or reserve a seat.

Storage and spam protection

The site and interest records are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated submissions. It processes browser and network information for security; we send your IP address to its verification service but do not store it in the interest record. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Interest records are accessible to authorized site administrators and are not published or sold.

Retention and choices

Interest submissions expire from our store after 12 months. Optional fields can be left blank, and the updates checkbox is optional. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in free-text answers. If we contact you, you can reply to request correction or deletion of your interest information or to stop further updates.
